Three Years. One Promise. Still No Justice.
On June 7, 2022, the halls of justice were summoned—called to answer the demands of a 440 motion hearing. That day, a judge stood before the people and pledged to deliver a decision within 30 days.
Today marks three years since that promise.
Thirty days became a thousand. Silence replaced action. Justice was delayed—and denied.
This wasn’t a delay rooted in complexity. It was a calculated political maneuver. A judge—an elected official sworn to impartiality—chose instead to play politics with a person’s life and liberty.
How long will we allow those entrusted with justice to use their bench as a shield from accountability?
How long will the game go on?
It’s time to stop letting elected judges escape responsibility behind robes and rhetoric. Justice delayed is not just injustice—it’s betrayal.
